Immediately, I’m jiving with the music, even as I finish this review months later than planned. It’s Better Late Than Never. I find myself singing along to the title track that gives the album a strong opening. Perhaps it’s just me – that reviewer who has the attention span of a four year old post-pixie-stick – the album starts out very strong, but the mood relaxes so much in the latter half of the album, that I would use it as the last album at a party; so that by the time the music stops, everyone has thought about or have already gone home. This offers a unique diversity for anyone who has several different ‘mood’ play lists.

Kama relays her unconventional wisdom throughout on spot. You don’t get to cheat by reading this here. Hilarity ensues when you pick up on her quips though. There’s at least one that’s become a part of my vocabulary. Get this album, if you want an asbestos cat’s chance in hell of picking up on the quips I’ve learned from Kama. I’m just waiting for the chance to review something that gives me a chance to use them!

Brooklyn born Kama Linden is a fireball of high energy, passion, and versatility. One would never guess that she was afraid to sing when she was auditioning for musical theater! But then again, she is full of surprises, starting with taking her future into her own hands by writing her first song at the age of 11.
